Ingredients
- 2 lb pot roast (sous vide, fully cooked)
- 1½ cups green peas
- 2 cups red bliss mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper
- Beef gravy (optional, jarred or packet)
Instructions
- Heat pot roast per package directions (simmer in bag or oven).
- Heat mashed potatoes per package.
- Heat peas in saucepan with butter and a pinch of salt 3–4 min.
- Prepare gravy if using per package directions.
- Slice or shred pot roast; serve over mashed potatoes with peas and gravy.
