1. Garlic Butter Shrimp & Broccoli

- Steam or microwave the broccoli florets until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
- Heat olive oil and a tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and shrimp; cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Season with salt and pepper, toss with the broccoli, and serve.
2. Pan-Seared Salmon with Garlic Butter

Pantry: Butter, garlic, salt & pepper
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; add minced garlic.
- Sear salmon 4 minutes per side, spooning garlic butter over the top, until it flakes easily.
- Serve immediately.
3. Garlic Butter Cod with Corn on the Cob

Pantry: Butter, garlic, salt & pepper
- Boil or microwave corn on the cob until tender, about 8–10 minutes.
- Season cod fillets with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter with minced garlic in a skillet; cook cod 4–5 minutes per side until flaky.
- Brush the corn with the remaining garlic butter and serve together.
4. Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin Medallions

Pantry: Butter, garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper
- Slice pork tenderloin into 1-inch medallions and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear medallions 3 minutes per side.
- Add butter and minced garlic, spooning over the medallions for 1–2 minutes.
- Rest 2 minutes before serving.
5. Garlic Butter Tilapia with Asparagus

- Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet; cook tilapia 3 minutes per side until opaque and flaky. Remove.
- In the same pan, add asparagus, butter, and minced garlic; sauté 5–6 minutes until tender.
- Plate the tilapia over the asparagus.
