Sous Vide Pork Carnita Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 package Ellsworth Sous Vide Seasoned Pork Carnitas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Ellsworth Cut Corn
  • ½ cup Ellsworth Organic Diced Onions

Optional Toppings

  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges
  • Cotija cheese
  • Pickled onions
  • Avocado slices

Instructions

  1. Cook the garlic. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Crisp the carnitas. Add the Ellsworth Sous Vide Pork Carnitas, gently separating the meat with a spoon or tongs. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly crisped.
  3. Warm the corn. Heat the Ellsworth Cut Corn in the same skillet or separately until warmed through.
  4. Warm tortillas. Heat tortillas until soft and pliable.
  5. Build your tacos. Fill each tortilla with crispy carnitas, sweet corn, and diced onions. Finish with cilantro and a generous squeeze of fresh lime before serving.
